This passion, however, pulled him into the criminal underworld, where money, power, and control became as important as speed. As the head of a criminal organization known as The Syndicate, Mike did whatever was necessary to protect it—selling drugs, guns, information, and eliminating any competition that stood in his way. He believed that protecting his “family”—those he considered closest to him—justified the risks he took.

Mike Dudley is a well-known figure from a rough neighborhood. He is a family man who takes care of those close to him and made sure everyone in his community was provided for when the Police Department lost control of the area. His reputation is significant; crossing him could have serious consequences. He is deeply protective of his family, and anyone who disrespects them is in for trouble. There are rumors that he has a crow that is highly informed and that he is close with a group of friends who would back him up in a moment's notice. Due to his past and trust issues, Mike finds it difficult to form close relationships and remains single, feeling that his history keeps him from fully opening up to others. People should be cautious around him, as he is regarded as one of the slickest individuals in the city.

Eventually, seeking a fresh start, Mike decided to leave his criminal life behind. He approached Chief of Police Mr. Winters with valuable information to take down a dangerous criminal, Primo Selirari, in hopes of clearing his name. Though this move improved his standing, it wasn’t enough to fully erase his past. When he moved to Polar, Mike decided to step down from The Syndicate, allowing a trusted individual to take over so he could maintain the appearance of an upstanding citizen. He opened Dudley's Body Shop, channeling his love for cars into a legitimate business. However, despite his efforts to leave his criminal life behind, his old connections and the remnants of his past continue to cast a shadow over his new venture.

He remains deeply protective of his inner circle and, when provoked, can revert to the violent methods of his former life.

3. Afterlife Pizza Incident: During a visit to Afterlife Pizza with friends, Mike was consumed by anger over Lil Skrt Skrt damaging his car. In a fit of rage, he grabbed a bat and violently struck Skrt's car, ignoring the pain in his hands. 5. Lil Skrt's broken hood: Lil Skrt Skrt came into Dudley’s Body Shop for a repair. After noticing that the hood wasn’t perfectly aligned, Mike, wanting every car to leave in flawless condition, intended to fix it himself. However, when Skrt handed him the keys, Mike impulsively jumped into the car and drove off with it. This action wasn’t born out of malice; it was a reminder of his past—a fleeting thought that he was a man of power, someone who commanded respect and could take what he wanted. It hints at the darker emotions and memories that still linger beneath the surface, challenging his efforts to maintain a legitimate life.

6. Developing Relationship with Mia: Mike has cautiously begun a relationship with Mia, balancing his curiosity about her with his need for control and security. While he’s allowing her into his life, he’s maintaining his boundaries, taking things slowly to gauge her trustworthiness and ensure their connection is genuine.
