Background
Kyle Lamity is the only child of well-known stage actress Nadine Lamity, and He has developed a penchant for pranks and impersonating cryptids (such as Bigfoot) in order to playfully terrorize the denizens of Polar. Kyle declined to go to college upon graduation from High School, and instead has spent his time since graduation trying different jobs in a journey to discover a purpose for his life.
Personality
Kyle is generally a chill, go-with-the-flow person. They will occasionally be freaked out by situations, generally scenes involving violence where they lack a sense of control. However, when presented with an opportunity to play both sides of the chaos, they'll enthusiastically join in (see Gambino Family and Green Planet)
Kyle enjoys sketching, photography, urban exploration (often can be found on rooftops and other high elevation locations), , dressing up as cryptids and plotting their next prank, graphic design, exploring outside the city on their motorbike, & keeping fit by skateboarding, swimming, running, and doing parkour.
Career History
For a short period, Kyle was a barista and then the manager at the UwU Cat Cafe (owned by Mike Dudley) before it closed, but he found it difficult to force himself to keep regular hours.
He was then hired as a trainee at Dudley's Body Shop but failed to complete training before deciding that being on the clock wasn't for him and submitting a resignation.
Currently he is in discussions with Mia Dupont to be a designer and photographer for her upcoming Polar Vortex Magazine project.
He has also been considering launching a small business, (as yet untitled), for the purposes of bringing folks to picturesque photoshoot locations which he has scouted in Polar and surrounding areas.
Events
1. BIGFOOT: After being spotted/photographed several times around the city as Bigfoot, Kyle was apprehended by Detective Connor Kingston on the roof of Bahama Mamas, COINCIDENTALLY after Krystal Bidet and others had discovered a grisly crime scene left by previous owners of the club. This led to a tense encounter, but luckily for Kyle, Krystal decided not to press trespassing charges.
2. “SUPERHERO”: Kyle was later spotted and apprehended dressing up as superhero Impotent Rage. After being knocked out by Troy Hawkins for trespassing on the Burger Shot roof, the two made amends and became allies/friends.
3. DANNO NOFFIN'S KIDNAPPING: When Danno Noffin was kidnapped for the first time, Kyle briefly attempted to investigate and solve the case, hoping to claim the reward money offered by Danno's friends. Kyle discovered a love for disguises beyond simple monster costumes at this time. At one point Kyle's “investigations” lead to a stern lecture from Detective Connor Kingston for interfering with a crime scene.
4. PD BREAK-INS: Kyle has attempted on two occasions to sneak inside the PD building “to get on the roof”. Asking for help from an officer “would be breaking the rules.” Kyle has not yet revealed the reasoning behind this behavior. On the second occasion, Kyle got lost in the bowels of the building and had to call an officer for help.
5. GREEN PLANET: Kyle joined (and perhaps had a hand in instigating) Green Planet in staging their first vegan protest at Burger Shot. After being forbidden by his boss Mike Dudley from publicly joining the vegans' protests, . Kyle has consistently jumped at the opportunity to stoke the fires of this group, suggesting to them that “something must be going on” with the Power Station & Humane Labs and Research facilities outside of the city, and enthusiastically taking up the cry “THE CHEESE IS MIND CONTROL” in support of Wyatt Lee's Cheeseluminati theory. Kyle has not adjusted his diet (primarily Burger Shot chicken nuggets) in the slightest.
6. THE GAMBINOS: On a certain occasion, Barry and Marco Gambino targeted Kyle for disrespecting them at UwU. Emboldened by his perception of their incompetence, Kyle snuck behind their backs and stole their car, leading them on a slow-motion chase (as the antique car turned out to not be in good running condition). Later, the Gambinos called in an obligation on Kyle, giving him a mission to stake out the employee entrance of Bahama Mamas and make reports on the comings and goings. Despite this ending up being an uneventful task, Kyle was surprised to learn about himself that he greatly enjoyed having a detective-work mission. Thus when the Gambino Family called to pressure him once again with a mission to assist them in harassing certain persons at Burger Shot, Kyle was nervous but ultimately excited to join in, particularly because he was able to pass off his involvement as being forced under duress. The impromptu vacation “in hiding” at Danno's island afterwards was just a bonus, as far as Kyle was concerned.
7. AFTERLIFE PIZZA CRIME SCENE: Upon innocently entering Afterlife Pizza to visit his friend Troy, Kyle was shocked to discover a grisly scene with decapitated Zoomen's heads placed as trophies, one patron beaten unconscious, and another murdered with pizza stuffed in their mouth. Kyle promptly fled the scene and has vowed never to visit Afterlife - or even eat pizza - again.
8. THE CASINO, STEVE KACHIMBA AND the GAMBINOS: After a stretch of bad luck on the casino wheel, Kyle began stirring up beef with Steve on Birdie and publicly questioning whether the odds were rigged. This drew the attention of Barry Gambino, leading to a drive-by shooting at Kyle's house and ultimately a hostage situation when Barry took Steve and Alfred hostage at Kyle's house.
